You must be legally competent to enter into a contract under Indian law. If you are below 18 years of age, you may use our services only with the consent and supervision of your parent or lawful guardian. The parent or guardian will be responsible for the minor’s enrolment, payment, conduct, attendance, and compliance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse admission, suspend access, or cancel enrolment if information provided by you is false, incomplete, misleading, or violates these Terms.

03

Course Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about course duration, syllabus, tools, modules, faculty, class format, internship support, placement assistance, certificates, fees, offers, and learning outcomes. However, course structures, modules, schedules, trainers, tools, project formats, batch timings, and delivery methods may be updated from time to time to improve learning quality or reflect industry changes.

Any images, videos, testimonials, salary examples, career claims, or success stories shown on the website or advertisements are for informational and promotional purposes and may not represent guaranteed individual results.

04

Admission and Enrolment

Admission is subject to course availability, eligibility, fee payment, document submission, batch capacity, and acceptance by the Academy. We may require students to submit identification details, educational information, contact information, photographs, resumes, or other admission-related documents.

Your enrolment becomes confirmed only after successful completion of the admission process and payment of the applicable fee or approved instalment. The Academy may deny, cancel, or defer admission if payment is incomplete, documents are not submitted, misconduct is reported, or the selected batch is unavailable.

05

Fees, Payments, and Taxes

All fees must be paid according to the fee structure, invoice, admission form, payment plan, or written communication issued by the Academy. Fees may include tuition charges, registration charges, taxes, examination charges, certification charges, software/tool charges, or other applicable charges, depending on the course.

Payments may be accepted through authorised online payment gateways, bank transfers, UPI, cards, cash, or other approved methods. Students are responsible for ensuring that payment details are correct. Transaction failure, bank delay, gateway error, wrong payment reference, or incomplete payment may delay admission or access to services.

All fees, discounts, offers, scholarships, and instalment plans are subject to Academy approval and may change without prior notice unless already confirmed in writing.

06

Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy

Refunds, cancellations, and batch transfers will be governed by the specific refund policy communicated at the time of admission or published on the website. Unless otherwise stated in writing, registration fees, admission processing charges, taxes, payment gateway charges, used services, completed classes, downloaded materials, and administrative charges may be non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to enquiry@growthskillacademy.in with payment proof and enrolment details.

Approval of refund requests will depend on the date of request, course commencement status, services already provided, batch allocation, and applicable policy.

The Academy may allow batch transfers, course changes, or deferment at its discretion, subject to availability, price difference, administrative charges, and academic suitability. No refund will be available for discontinuation due to lack of attendance, personal reasons, failure to submit assignments, violation of discipline, or removal due to misconduct, unless required by applicable law.

07

Attendance, Assignments, and Certification

Students are expected to attend classes regularly, complete assignments, participate in projects, follow trainer instructions, and maintain academic discipline. Certification may depend on minimum attendance, assignment completion, project submission, internal evaluation, payment clearance, and compliance with Academy rules.

The Academy may withhold certificates, internship letters, recommendation letters, or placement support if the student has pending dues, incomplete assignments, misconduct records, poor attendance, or violation of these Terms.

08

Student Conduct

Students must behave respectfully with faculty, staff, classmates, recruiters, internship partners, and other stakeholders. Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, cheating, plagiarism, unauthorised recording, misuse of Academy resources, damage to property, sharing of confidential materials, disruption of classes, or misconduct may result in suspension or termination without refund.

Students must not upload, share, or distribute unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, infringing, misleading, or harmful content through Academy platforms or groups.

09

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, presentations, notes, assignments, designs, templates, recordings, website content, logos, graphics, curriculum, training methods, and other materials provided by the Academy are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of the Academy or its licensors.

Students are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the materials for personal learning only. You must not copy, resell, reproduce, upload, record, distribute, publish, teach, commercially exploit, or share Academy materials without prior written permission.

10

Online Classes and Technology

For online or hybrid classes, students are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a compatible device, the required software, and login access. The Academy is not responsible for learning disruption caused by student-side internet issues, device failure, power failure, software incompatibility, or unauthorised account sharing.

Class recordings, if provided, may be available for a limited period and only for enrolled students. Availability of recordings is not guaranteed unless specifically promised in writing.

11

Internship, Placement Assistance, and Job-Related Claims

Growth Skill Academy may provide internship assistance, portfolio guidance, resume support, interview preparation, job referrals, recruiter connections, or placement assistance, depending on the course and student eligibility.

Any internship, paid internship, job guarantee, placement claim, or career support promise will apply only if it is expressly mentioned in the official course document, admission agreement, written offer, or Academy policy applicable to that course. Such benefits may be subject to conditions including attendance, assignment completion, skill assessment, portfolio quality, interview performance, professional conduct, payment clearance, availability of opportunities, recruiter requirements, and market conditions.

The Academy does not guarantee a specific salary, company, role, location, internship stipend, interview selection, offer letter, or employment outcome unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Final hiring decisions are made by recruiters or partner organisations.
